OFFICIAL SURGERY ANNOUNCEMENT – 17-03-2020
As a precautionary measures as of today 17th March 2020 until further notice we have changed our appointment system. Everything we do is done to maximize patient safety and minimise the risk to all our patients’ health. We are also taking these step to protect our staff.
All appointment requests must be made by telephone. Each telephone request for an appointment will initially be triaged by our reception staff. Patients will then be contacted by a GP by telephone to discuss their symptoms and if deemed necessary an appointment will be allocated with a GP on that day.
If you have Clinic appointments already booked, we will be contacting you by phone to conduct a telephone review.
We will continue to process repeat prescription request within 24 hours but these must be made via My Health On-line, by dropping off your request into our prescription request box which is situated within the foyer area or by telephone contact with your nominated chemist. Please do not telephone the surgery to request any prescriptions as we no longer accept telephone requests for prescriptions.
We hope that you can work with us during this difficult times to ensure the highest safety to all.
